Electrolytes are minerals in your blood and other body fluids that carry an electric charge; electrolytes affect how your body functions in many ways, including: the amount of water in your body, the pH of your blood and your muscle function.
One Thermotab electrolyte replacement tablet contains 287 milligrams of chloride (as sodium and potassium chloride); 180 milligrams of sodium; 15 milligrams of potassium (as potassium chloride).
Take one tablet with a full glass of water, five to ten times daily, depending on temperatures and working conditions.
There are 100 electrolyte replacement tablets in a bottle.
