Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains associated with arthritis, simple backache, bursitis, tendonitis, muscle strains, sprains, bruises and cramps
Cream is 30% methyl salicylate and 10% menthol.
Methyl salicylate is a nonsteroidal, anti-inflammatory drug which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation.
When menthol is rubbed on the skin, it produces a cool sensation by stimulating the nerve endings that give the sensation of cold.
Tube contains 35.4 grams of Icy Hot cream.
