At HesperiaSupply.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. With the exception of non-returnable items, unopened products may be returned within 70 days of the original purchase date. Please note that return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return and request a refund:

  2. Return Shipping Address:
    Ship the item(s) to the specific return address provided after you receive your RA number. Using any other address may also delay your refund.

Preparing Your Return

  • Use Original Packaging:
    All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all original contents.
  • Labeling:
    Write the RA number on the shipping label or on a separate piece of paper attached to the box.
    Do not write directly on the box, as this can delay processing.

Shipping Recommendations

  • Use UPS or FedEx for your return.
    These carriers offer tracking, which helps ensure your package is delivered safely and on time.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    Please allow approximately 10 business days from the time your return is received at the warehouse for your refund to be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used medical items or devices
  • Food or beverages

  • Any perishable items
