- Display shows current, min/max temperatures with a 10-second refresh rate, accuracy of ±0.5° C and a 0.1° display resolution
- Certified, serialized and traceable and has been tested against a standard, calibrated at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
- Waterproof, external bottle probe with 2000 mm cable monitors refrigerators or freezer temperatures from -22 to 158° F (-30 – 70° C)
- Includes internal sensor to measure room temperatures from 32 to 122° F (0 – 50° C)
- Logs data once per minute to once per 720 min according to user preference
- Powered by three 1.5 V Type AA batteries (or equivalent) with a life of ~2,000 hours in continuous operation when no alarm was triggered, and low-battery indications
